Narrative:

My own work very quickly went to the original fiber preparation -- from cultivation of hemp and kenaf to cooking and pulp preparation -- in later years my focus has been mostly on preparation of paper pulp. Now in Southeast Asia, I am still working on several projects to make larger scale production of pulp from non-wood fibers (hemp, kenaf, roselle, bagasse).
